Refund and Returns for GemRadiancee is effective as of October 29, 2024.

At GemRadiancee, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase of bracelets. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please read our refund and returns policy below.

1. Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation) is required to process a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized bracelets
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
  • You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
